Ticket Giveaway to Ramin Karimloo at Subculture

Let's face it: hearing Ramin Karimloo's name can illicit spontaneous swooning and fainting and declarations of, "LOVE HIM!" Heck, I just did all three in the last fifteen minutes just writing his name. Don't even get me started on his concert from this past September. I mean, he performed a bluegrass version of "Good Riddance (Time of Your Life)"... Ramin: 1, The Rest of the World: 0.

Seriously, one of the best singers I have ever heard - I give you Exhibit A.

No need to thank me.

And now, before he gears up for a run as Jean Valjean in the Toronto production of Les Miserables, Ramin Karimloo is doing a six-performance set at SubCulture in New York. And since NRNW Theater is Pro-Ramin (someone should make t-shirts with simply, "I'm Pro-Ramin" written on them in bold letters), I am giving away two tickets to the show of one lucky winner's choice - August 1 at 10:00pm or August 2 at 10:00pm.

To enter, clear your schedule for one of the show times. If you are an out-of-towner, factor in your commute. Good? Good. You have to be following me on Twitter and tweet/retweet the following:

My love for #RaminKarimloo will never die! Follow @NRNWTheater & RT for a chance to win 2 tickets to his 8/1 or 8/2 10pm show at SubCulture

And donezo! You have until noon tomorrow (August 1) to enter. For those of you opting to purchase tickets to one of Ramin's shows - a decision I can only encourage and applaud for the sake of our country, especially the children - see below for all the information you'll need. Good luck and enjoy the Karimloo Express O' Talent!

EDIT: The winner has been chosen...congrats to @BBwithpickles! E-mail me here to claim your prize. Thanks kindly to all of the lovely participants. And to those of you who didn't participate...well, alright then. More giveaways coming soon!

In the world of theatrical performers, Ramin Karimloo is known as one of the most formidable talents in the industry. This Iranian-born Canadian singer began his career in London's West End playing roles in The Phantom of the Opera and starring as Jean Valjean in Les Miserables. When he's not taking on major roles in the theatre world, Ramin takes the stage as a singer/songwriter. He stops by SubCulture to perform songs off of his latest album "Human Heart," taking influence from the country, bluegrass, rock and folk music that he experienced through his life. Alongside with his musical theatre training, this combination gives a very specific and personal sounds that will warm the room!
